We now stock a small range of solar photovoltaic panels. These are polycrystalline panels made from wafers of silicon laminated between an impact-resistant transparent cover and an EVA rear mounting plate. Amorphous silicon solarpanel fitted in a anodised aluminium panel. Panel measures 3' by 1' with 3 metre flyleads. One of these panels will run our solar water pump in full sunlight 14 watts approx 13.8v output.

If you are building your own solar system you could use one of our kits for controlling it. The kit contains to sensors, one you place on the solar panel, the other on the tank. When there is a temperature difference between the sensors (this is adjustable on the pcb) a relay operates. This could turn a pump on until the temperatures were back below the pre-set temperature difference.

A set of three garden solar lights with super bright white LED lighting. The supplied rechargeable battery is a standard AA size.
